This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when you buy our digital products, and the voluntary money-back guarantee we offer on top of your legal rights. It applies to all purchases made through inklyplanner.com and our Payhip checkout.

We sell digital products delivered electronically (downloadable PDF planners and related files). They are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and are made available for immediate download after purchase.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right does not apply once the download has started with your prior consent. Under Article 16(m) of the Directive, at checkout you are asked to:
Once you have given this consent and the download has started, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you have not yet started the download, you may still withdraw within 14 days by contacting us (see section 6).
Beyond your legal rights, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. This is a voluntary commitment that goes beyond what the law requires, and it does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
If a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) under the applicable consumer-protection laws of your country. These statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (where it applies) or to claim the 30-day guarantee, simply email hello@inklyplanner.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (via our checkout provider Payhip and its payment processors, PayPal or Stripe). We process refunds without undue delay and, for withdrawals where applicable, within 14 days of accepting your request.
If you are buying from outside the EU/EEA (for example the United States, the United Kingdom, or Asia), local law may not provide a statutory cooling-off period for digital downloads. In all cases, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee in section 4 applies to you.
