These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of inklyplanner.com and your purchase of any Inkly digital product, whether bought directly on our website (via our checkout provider Payhip) or through our Etsy shop. By visiting the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. Please also see our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy, which are part of these Terms.

We sell digital products delivered electronically — undated PDF planners and related files (setup guides, stickers) — designed for Android tablets, Galaxy Tab devices, and Samsung Notes and other note apps. No physical item is ever shipped. Products are available on inklyplanner.com (checkout via Payhip) and on our Etsy shop. If you buy through Etsy, Etsy's own Terms of Use additionally govern that marketplace transaction; these Terms still govern your use of the digital files you receive and of this website.
When you buy an Inkly product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the files for your own personal or single-household use. You may print copies for yourself.

If you'd like to use Inkly products in a classroom, team, or commercial setting beyond personal use, email us — we're generally happy to work something out.
The layouts, artwork, text, the Inkly name and logo, and the website itself are owned by or licensed to JMC PROJECT S.r.l.s. and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Buying a product gives you the licence in section 3 — it does not transfer any ownership or IP rights to you.
Inkly planners (including the Wellness & Habit Tracker and the ADHD Anti-Planner) are organisational tools. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or educational advice, and are not a substitute for professional guidance. Use your judgement, and consult a qualified professional for anything that needs one.
You agree to use inklyplanner.com lawfully, and not to scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the site or its underlying files.
Our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” Where we describe a product as “designed for” a device or app (e.g. Samsung Notes, Xodo, Noteshelf, Galaxy Tab), that reflects our own testing at the time of writing — apps and devices change, and we can't guarantee identical behaviour on every version or model. If something doesn't work as described, tell us — you're covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee either way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMC PROJECT S.r.l.s. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

How we collect and use your data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence may also apply, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country where the law entitles you to do so.
